This is impossible. Let's get started.

A sentence pairing that we cannot hear enough - particularly given the exhilarating outcome here!  One of many memorable and inspirational moments from the film, Man on Wire.

See the film. I saw it last year and found myself recently sharing details with friends.  I highly recommend it.  It holds brilliant messages, insight and inspiration for all of life's endeavors, big or small.

Abstract expressionists at the MoMA in NYC

wandering the rooms of paintings, I find a few fine Ad Reinhardts, a luminous painting by Philip Guston with direct relation to late Monet,  a striking Lee Krasner…   Jackson Pollock seriously dances through space in a couple of paintings …  I see a kinship between my mentor’s work and that of Norman Lewis..  dynamic work by Joan Mitchell and Helen Frankenthaler… among others…

The exhibition is up through April 25, 2011.    There's a lot to see - several visits are in order..
